Scope of work:
- Added soil along foundation from corner to deck and graded appropriately for proper drainage including air conditioner area
- Raised (2) splash boxes and installed cobbles to turf
- Cut grasses back around a/c removing some that were too close to unit
- Removed (3) viburnums at corner and disposed
- Purchased and installed mulch in area where viburnums were removed and soil installed
